Megan “Rose” Dominguez-Osuna MS, OTR/L, PRPC

Rose is a certified pelvic health and rehabilitation specialist serving women, men, and nonbinary individuals with care that is skilled, affirming, and deeply human. With over eight years of experience as an occupational therapist, Rose brings an integrative approach to treating pelvic pain, prenatal and postpartum changes, sexual health concerns, and the many ways pelvic health impacts the body and life.

She’s completed extensive advanced training in myofascial release, visceral mobilization, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices, weaving these modalities into individualized care that is both clinical and compassionate. Rose has taught at doula trainings, in university classrooms, and at professional conferences — and is just as passionate about education and mentorship as she is about providing restorative, client-centered care.

To Rose, the pelvic floor is both a vulnerable and powerful place of self — and she understands how frustrating, lonely, and painful it can feel when something doesn’t feel right. She’s worked with many clients who have been dismissed or gaslit about their symptoms and offers a whole-person, trauma-informed approach to help people reconnect with their bodies and return to their lives with more ease, confidence, and joy.

When she’s not in session at her clinic, the hospital, or a client’s home, you might find Rose chasing after her toddler, immersed in community-based, BIPOC-centered social justice work, or relaxing in nature with her loved ones. She’s a sci-fi fan, food lover, and finds joy in moving her body through dance and martial arts.
